ConsultANZ is seeking a Marine Auto Electrician for a Western Australia-based company specialising in marine electrical systems and vessel fit-outs. This full time role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting onboard electrical and electronic systems, supporting safe and reliable vessel operations.

Main Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair 12V and 24V electrical systems on marine vessels.
- Carry out electrical fit-outs, upgrades, and modifications.
- Install and configure marine electronics (e.g. Navico, Simrad).
- Perform wiring, loom building, and component installation.
- Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and system testing.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing.
- Assist with system commissioning and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare accurate service reports and job documentation.
Work closely with team members and liaise professionally with clients.

Requirements:

- Trade-qualified Auto Electrician.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.




- Strong skills in 12V/24V systems, wiring, and diagnostics.
- Marine experience and electronics knowledge (Navico, Simrad) advantageous.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work in marine, workshop, and onsite environments
