Colab Health Group is a boutique clinic built on family values. Established in 2020 by sisters Jenna and Katherine, the clinic was founded with a desire to take a hands-on approach to client care. We love what we do and we’re looking for someone who is just as passionate as we are about helping our community be the best that they can be. Our team takes pride in delivering genuinely hands-on, high-quality care in a warm, close-knit environment. Featuring state of the art functional strength and Pilates equipment, private rooms, and on-site parking.

The Role

We’re seeking a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team on a part time basis with the option of progressing to full time. You’ll work alongside a supportive, experienced team in a practice that values quality care over high turnover. The role also includes running clinical Pilates classes.

Our Caseload

Our clientele is mostly private (musculoskeletal), with Medicare referrals also seen regularly. WorkCover, TAC, DVA and NDIS clients attend the clinic too,



though they’re not our main case type.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on manual therapy skills

Clinical Pilates experience

A team player who fits a friendly, family-oriented culture

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a range of different client age groups and with other therapists in the team

Empathetic approach to client care with a genuine commitment to holistic treatment

3-5+ years’ experience with confident, competent hands-on therapy skills ideal

Motivated to help build their own caseload within the clinic

Must hold current AHPRA registration
