Join Our Growing Mobile Allied Health Team
Bringing Joy, Independence and Meaningful Care to Older Australians
At Joyous Rehab, we are passionate about helping older adults live well, remain independent, and continue doing the things that matter most to them. We provide high-quality mobile allied health services directly in our clients' homes, supporting older Australians receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Home Care Packages, and private services.

As our service continues to grow across Melbourne, we are seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our mobile community team.

About Us
We started off with offering Physiotherapy services across Melbourne. We believe healthcare should be personal, holistic, and empowering. Our clinicians work closely with clients, families, care coordinators, to deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance quality of life, function, participation, and wellbeing.

Our services focus on:

Supporting older adults to maintain independence at home

Goal-focused therapy that makes a meaningful difference

Falls prevention and mobility improvement

Strength and balance programs

Pain management and rehabilitation

Providing community exercise classes that promote strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and social connection.

Current Opportunities
Community Physiotherapist
You will provide in-home physiotherapy services to older adults including:

Comprehensive assessments

Provide high-quality,



evidence-based physiotherapy care to clients with treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Develop tailored exercise programs aimed at improving muscle strength, mobility, and balance

Pain management strategies

Equipment and mobility aid recommendations

Collaboration with care teams and family members

Clinical documentation and reporting

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking clinicians who are:

Passionate about working with older adults

Compassionate, warm, and client-focused

Excellent communicators

Self-motivated and able to work independently in the community

Committed to delivering evidence-based care

Reliable, professional, and organised

Bilingual preferred

Essential Requirements
Physiotherapist
Current AHPRA registration

Current National Police Check

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Qualified indemnity insurance

Experience in aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or disability services highly regarded

Bilingual preferred
