Excel Psychology has seen a 45% increase in new client referrals over the past year, and we're looking to expand our clinical team in Spring Hill to meet that demand.

We're a close-knit, experienced team in a beautifully appointed practice just minutes from Central Station. We share coffee runs, lunches in the communal kitchen, and the kind of genuine camaraderie that makes a long clinical day enjoyable. Our admin team handles the scheduling, billing, and Medicare so you can focus entirely on your clients.

We're looking for a registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) who:

- Holds full AHPRA or AASW registration with Medicare provider eligibility
- Values both clinical autonomy and genuine team connection




- Is committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing development
- Is available for a minimum of two days per week
- Shares our commitment to equitable access, including holding a small number of bulk-billing or concession places

Experience in EMDR is preferred. Experience in ADHD and ASD assessments or court reports is also welcome.

This is a contractor arrangement with a competitive percentage fee-for-service split. Realistic FTE earnings range from $150,000 to $217,000 depending on registration and billing volume, pro-rata for part time arrangements.
