Are you an HR, Employment Relations or WHS professional looking for something a little different?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services business who due to continued growth, they are looking for commercially minded HR Sales Support Advisors to join their Sydney team.

This is not a traditional HR role. Instead, you'll use your HR knowledge to support a sales team, meet with prospective clients and help business owners understand the risks and opportunities within their workplaces.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the sales team with HR, ER and WHS expertise
- Meeting with prospective clients and understanding their workplace challenges
- Identifying compliance risks and recommending solutions
- Reviewing workplace documentation and providing insights
- Assisting with webinars and educational sessions
- Building strong relationships with business owners
- Helping drive conversion of new business opportunities

What we're looking for

- Experience in HR, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations or WHS
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills




- The ability to explain legislation and compliance requirements in simple terms
- A consultative approach and commercial mindset
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Previous advisory, consulting or workplace relations experience will be highly regarded
