Location: 51 York Street, Beenleigh, QLD 4207.

Key Responsibilities:

·Operate the truck safely and responsibly to transport materials to and from construction sites or designated delivery locations.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic and safety regulations.

·Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck’s mechanical components—such as tires, brakes, lights, mirrors, signals, and fluid levels—are functioning properly and meet safety standards.

·Maintain all company vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized, and well-maintained condition to ensure optimal performance and presentation.

·Collaborate effectively with dispatchers, site teams,



and other staff members to coordinate routes and schedules for timely and effective deliveries.

·Verify the accuracy and completeness of loading documents—including delivery orders, bills of lading, and manifests—prior to departing the loading site.

·Oversee the secure loading of materials, ensuring that load is properly positioned and restrained to prevent shifting or damage during transit.

·Evaluate the weight and volume of loads to confirm adherence to capacity limits and transport regulations.

·Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of industry safety standards, protocols, and best practices related to loading, unloading, and transporting materials.

Requirements:

·Certificate III level qualification is required.

·Valid truck driver’s license

·Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience

·Strong focus on safety, compliance, and vehicle maintenance

·Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated transport team.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
