Maintenance Electrician | Sydney CBD Portfolio | $55 - $65 per hour + Company Vehicle + RDOs + Overtime + Perks

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established electrical and facilities services contractor delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of premium commercial high-rise office buildings throughout Sydney CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to move into a stable, long-term role with a strong pipeline of work, supportive management team and genuine work-life balance.

The RoleWorking across multiple commercial facilities, your responsibilities will include:

- Preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and breakdown response
- RCD testing and compliance inspections
- Test and Tag services
- Lighting, power and emergency lighting maintenance
- Switchboard inspections and minor upgrades
- Tenant fit-out and small project works
- General facilities maintenance support
- Completing service reports and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Experience in commercial service and maintenance environments




- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out RCD testing and Test & Tag
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
- Experience within facilities management is highly regarded
