About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a range of well-established civil contractors delivering projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Southeast Queensland and FIFO locations.

Due to continued project awards and strong pipelines, multiple opportunities are available for Civil Site Engineers across a variety of infrastructure sectors, including Roads, TMR, Water Infrastructure, Subdivisions and Bulk Earthworks.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Engineers, you'll play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining project documentation and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site activities and construction programs
- Assist with planning, programming and project delivery
- Manage subcontractors and supplier coordination
- Monitor quality, safety and environmental compliance
- Prepare project documentation, reports and site records
- Work closely with clients, consultants and site teams

About You

- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Background in Roads, TMR, Water, Subdivisions or Bulk Earthworks preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
- Australian work rights and a current driver's licence
