New home Drafting Designer (ArchiCAD software only)
Our client is a well-established custom home builder based in Perth's inner eastern suburbs, delivering high-end single and double-storey homes across the inner eastern and western suburbs.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Draftsperson / Designer to join their boutique team, working alongside an established Draftsperson. This is a varied role with a strong mix of both design and technical drafting.

The Role

- Design bespoke custom homes to suit client briefs
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings using ArchiCAD
- Meet with clients and manage design amendments
- Work closely with the design and construction teams throughout pre-construction

About You

- Previous experience with a custom or boutique residential builder
- Strong ArchiCAD skills with experience producing working drawings
- Confident meeting with clients and developing custom home designs
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
