The Opportunity

- Identify and secure new business across commercial construction, fit-outs and refurbishment projects
- Build relationships with builders, property managers, facility managers, consultants and commercial clients
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to tender, negotiation and contract award
- Target opportunities across minor works, maintenance and larger project-based contracts
- Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events
- Prepare proposals, tenders and capability statements




- Work closely with estimating and project teams to develop competitive solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and contribute to broader business growth initiatives
- Take genuine ownership of your market and new business activity

About You

- Proven business development or sales experience within commercial construction, fit-outs, refurbishments, facilities management or a related industry
- Well-connected across the commercial construction or property sectors
- Strong relationships with builders, consultants, property groups, facility managers or commercial clients
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and win new business
- Confident managing proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations
- Proactive, commercially minded and results-focused
- Strong communicator who builds relationships easily
- Experience working closely with estimating and project delivery teams is highly regarded
