Duties - Overseeing a commercial office building in Brisbane's CBD including ownership of the financials, monthly reporting, building activations, team management, project liaison, client reporting and interaction
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - standard business hours
Parking - Not included - the office is close to parking,

Position - Shopping Centre Administrator
When - Immediate start, ongoing role
Duties - Working under the Centre Manager this role consists of general admin to assist with the smooth running of the centre, liaising with trades people for repairs, assisting retail tenants with enquiries etc. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a solid admin skill set, including residential property managers.
Software/s - Microsoft Suite would be helpful

Duties - General Facilities Management duties for shopping centres in the Gold Coast and East Brisbane. The candidate can be based in the inner north of Brisbane also.

Temp EAST BRISBANE Role - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY! Position - Portfolio Manager (Retail and Commercial)
When - Immediate start for an approx.



3 month contract to cover a staff member on leave - open to candidates seeking full time/permanent work also as there are opportunities within the business
Duties - Working from the head office overseeing the shopping centre portfolios with the support of an experienced Team Assistant
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - standard business hours
