If you've worked in the industrial or trade industry, you'll know there's a big difference between simply taking an order and actually helping a customer find the right solution.

At CDA, your product knowledge and customer skills will be valued. You'll spend your day talking with tradies, contractors and businesses, preparing quotes, solving problems and building relationships with customers who rely on you to keep their jobs moving.

What You'll Be Doing

- Serving customers in the branch and over the phone
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solution
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Completing daily banking and branch administration
- Assisting with deliveries and customer pick-ups when required

About You

You'll have a good understanding of industrial products, either through previous internal sales experience or from working in a trade. More importantly, you're someone who enjoys dealing with customers, asks good questions and takes pride in providing the right advice rather than simply taking orders.

To be considered, you'll need:

- Industrial sales experience, or a trade background with strong product knowledge
- A current driver's licence (MR licence advantageous, but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Full Australian working rights
