About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? With casual opportunities, we’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Maryborough. You will be work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring quality care and independence is at the forefront of services provided. Every day will bring new experiences, meaningful connections, and the chance to make a positive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks
- Administer medication in line with care plans and training
- Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Experience within disability support or a similar care role (desired)
- Someone reliable, empathetic, and aligned with person-centred care
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) (highly regarded)
- Basic administration tasks

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver’s Licence (P2 Minimum)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Paid QLD Blue Card
