About the Company:
As a Commercial Business Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to drive business-critical projects. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Support product and technology teams in delivering customer-centric solutions
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making forums
- Translate complex data into clear insights to inform business strategy
The successful applicant will have
- Proven experience as a Analyst in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working across operations, product, or technology-driven businesses
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a scaling organisation
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies is highly regarded
