An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing FMCG business. Due to an immediate need, the role will start on a temp to perm basis.

Having grown significantly through acquisition in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to continue expanding, with a goal of doubling revenue over the next three years.

This is a hands-on commercial finance role where you'll partner closely with operational leaders to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making across one of the group's manufacturing businesses.

The Role Reporting to the CFO, you'll be a key finance partner to the Site and Supply Chain leadership teams, with responsibilities including:

- Business partnering with site leadership to drive commercial outcomes
- Ownership of the site P&L;
- Product costing and BOM management
- Analysis of capital investment and spend
- Margin and profitability analysis
- Supporting new product development (NPD)
- Delivering meaningful commercial insights and financial analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes,



reporting and controls as the business continues to integrate recent acquisitions

About You To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong product costing and inventory knowledge
- Experience partnering with operational and supply chain stakeholders
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to improve business performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
