Fetch Recruitment are looking for experienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple projects on a large-scale quarry, civil and bulk earthwork sites across Melbourne.

You'll be responsible for:

- Secure and efficient operation of front end loaders
- Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and general material handling
- Supporting earthworks, drainage, and site preparation tasks
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of your machine
- Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments
- Current RII Front End Loader ticket and White Card
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime + night-shift when required
- Strong recent references
