1. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of café-style breakfast and lunch dishes
2. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
3. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards at all times
4. Assist with menu items, daily specials, and kitchen preparation
5. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
6. Support stock control, rotation, and ordering processes
7.
Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during service
8. Selection Criteria Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, restaurant, or similar environment
9. Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
10. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
11. Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
12. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
13. Passion for quality food and consistent presentation
