About Our Client
Our client is an environmental services company that provides solutions for water, waste, and energy management to municipalities, industries, and commercial clients. Its core activities include managing water treatment and distribution, collecting and recycling various types of waste (including hazardous), and producing renewable and low-carbon energy through services like waste-to-energy plants.
Duties
As a Hook Lift Truck Driver you will be responsible for Transportation of transfer station waste bins using hook lift semi trailer to and from waste and recycling centres across the Gold Coast region. Role will be based at Molendinar and include the following duties:
- Driving Hook Lift Trucks
- Driving between sites in Gold Coast
- Working with green organics
- Using mechanical walking floors
Shift Structure
Monday to Friday 6:00am Working 10/11 hour days
Requirements
- HC Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Previous experience operating a hook lift semi-trailer desirable!
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening & Pre-Employment Medical Examination
- Must be willing to obtain a Police Check
- Reliability and great work ethic!
