The Role

As BDM, you’ll play a key role in growing the rent roll by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term managements.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Engaging with prospective investors and clients
- Preparing rental appraisals and comparative market analyses
- Managing smooth and compliant handovers to the property management team
- Representing the business at networking and industry events
- Converting warm leads into new managements

About You

You’re a motivated relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people, winning business, and seeing the results of your efforts.
You’ll have:

- WA Property Management registration
- Unrestricted WA driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to business development and growth
