The Role:

As part of our experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Join a high-performing team of Speech Pathologists

- Travel across the Northern Territory supporting rural and regional communities

- Deliver assessments and therapy services to clients who genuinely need access to care

- Work collaboratively alongside Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals

- Enjoy structured outreach travel with no last-minute scheduling

- Be supported by an experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader who champions your growth and wellbeing

Your Work Week:

- We believe great clinicians need balance.





- Enjoy a structured 4-day work week:

- Fridays off every week

- Mondays are dedicated “Ground Days” for admin, planning, collaboration, PD, and team connection

- Work from home or from the office on Ground Days

- 3 outreach days per week focused on quality care, not rushed appointments

- Overnight travel required (maximum 2 nights per week)

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in Speech Pathology

- SPA registration (or eligibility)

- A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays

- A current full driver’s licence
