About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a well-established civil contractor delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects and TMR works across Melbourne. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities across subdivision projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
- Drive safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture
- Monitor project progress and programme delivery
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
- Liaise with project engineers, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage labour, plant, and material resources effectively

About You





- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision projects and TMR projects
- Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, water, and road construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current Driver's Licence
- Relevant industry qualifications and tickets
