They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function. Our client is passionate about their cause for helping vulnerable members of society and they do possess a collaborative, low-hierarchy and friendly environment with a strong work ethic. Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full-time Management Accountant position where you will be responsible for the following:

- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cost and performance management




- Business partnering with department heads
- System process improvement

Your Background

We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:

- More than 2 years of local working experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst
- Solid budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience
- Advanced excel skills to perform financial modelling and build budgets and forecasts
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders
- Desire to work for a growing not for profit organisation
