ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pick Packer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through our advanced automated systems. You’ll work in a modern, high-tech environment that values accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems
- Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems
- Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment
- Meeting daily pick rates and performance targets
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Following all safety and quality standards at all times

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse Experience highly regarded
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with automation systems
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Commitment to safety and quality





SHIFT OPTIONS – WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY ROSTER

- Morning Shift: Start early, finish before the afternoon
- Afternoon Shift: Perfect if you’re more productive later in the day
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extra days during peak or high-volume periods
- Commitment to rostered days is essential
