Labourforce is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for ongoing roles in a busy freezer cold storage environment. This is a physically active role, ideal for candidates with prior freezer experience who are comfortable working in low-temperature conditions.

Location

Hemmant, Brisbane QLD

Shift & Pay

AM Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $43.50 per hour

PM Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $48.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Operating high reach forklifts in a cold storage setting (~-18°C)

- Loading/Unloading Trucks with Counterbalance Forklift

- Performing put-aways, replenishments, and bulk picks

- Moving and organizing stock safely and efficiently

- Maintaining accurate stock placement in racking





- Following all WHS and freezer safety procedures

Requirements

- Valid High Reach Forklift License

- Previous freezer/cold storage experience – mandatory

- Ability to work safely in low-temperature environments

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
