Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Up to $120,000 + Super | Multiple Positions | Sydney & NSW

We're currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Electrician opportunities with leading Facilities Management and Building Services providers across Sydney and NSW.
These positions offer the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and government assets, supporting some of Australia's most recognised organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs and troubleshooting
• Lighting and emergency lighting maintenance
• Switchboard and distribution board works
• Testing and compliance inspections
• Minor electrical installations and upgrades
• Liaising with clients, tenants and site teams
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards

About You:
• NSW Electrical Licence
• Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance or service environments
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working across commercial properties
• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
