Our client is a leading premium menswear retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their South Yarra outlet location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who understands the pace and demands of a high-volume environment. With the store operating as an outlet, experience managing high stock turnover, large volumes or within an outlet environment is essential.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium menswear brand.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Managing high stock volumes and efficient stock flow
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards
- Managing rosters, payroll and day-to-day store operations
- Delivering a premium customer experience
- Supporting inventory control and minimising stock loss
- Creating a fast-paced, productive and positive store environment

About You





We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and understands how to balance strong customer service with commercial results.

You will ideally have:

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or premium retail
- Experience in an outlet or high stock-turnover environment
- Strong commercial and KPI management skills
- Experience leading and developing a retail team
- Excellent stock management and organisational skills
- A polished and customer-focused approach
- Robust communication and leadership capabilities
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
