What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management
• QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
• Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)

Temp MAROOCHYDORE Role
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - Open to hybrid - 3 days in office and one day from home
Position - Property Manager
When - Mon 17th August - Tuesday 29th September 2026
Duties - Portfolio management of just 120 residential properties - very tidy and well maintained portfolio - no trust accounting required
Software/s - PropertyMe, Tapi and Inspection Express
Days/Hours - Mon - Thursday - 8:30am - 5pm - open to flex hours also
Parking - Yes, included
Company Car - Yes, included
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License

Temp SUNSHINE COAST HINTERLAND Role




Remote/Hybrid/In-Office – Open to remote/hybrid
Position – Property Manager
When – Mid September for approx. 5 weeks
Duties – Portfolio management of approx.. 200 properties including trust accounting with full out of office support
Software/s - PropertyMe
Days/Hours – Mon – Fri – 9am – 4pm
Parking – Yes, onsite
Company Car - Yes
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
