Secondary Science Teacher (Chemistry & Physics) - Dubbo, NSW 2830

Step into senior Science teaching with a clear pathway beyond the current contract. This position offers immediate responsibility for Stage 6 Chemistry and Physics, alongside junior Science classes, creating a balanced teaching load across Years 7-12.

You will play a key role in helping students develop scientific knowledge, analytical thinking and examination readiness. With demand continuing for specialist Chemistry and Physics teachers, this role provides the opportunity to establish yourself in a school seeking long-term subject expertise.

What you'll do

- Deliver Stage 6 Chemistry and Physics programs with structured lesson sequencing

- Teach Years 7-10 Science across core curriculum areas

- Monitor student achievement and apply data-informed interventions

- Contribute to faculty planning, assessment design and moderation processes

- Maintain a consistent, inclusive and orderly classroom setting

- Support students to build confidence in scientific inquiry and problem-solving
