About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to lead our OT and Physiotherapy team while maintaining a varied clinical caseload.

You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor and support staff, oversee service quality, contribute to workforce planning and help shape the future of Allied Health services across the region.

About You:

You’ll have:

- Current AHPRA registration.

- At least 5 years’ postgraduate experience.

- Advanced paediatric clinical skills.





- Leadership or supervision experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- A passion for delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care.

- Willingness to travel to remote communities.

- Experience in remote practice, NDIS and neurodiversity-affirming care will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration, Driver Licence, Working with Children Clearance (or ability to obtain), NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check.
