Job Description
This position primarily involves the provision of care to patients receiving infusional cancer treatments and supportive therapies within the Day Unit. The role also requires rotation through other designated clinical areas within the service, including outpatient clinics and Radiation Oncology.

- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise in cancer care to ensure the safe preparation and administration of systemic anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, as well as cannulation, blood product support, and the proficient management and troubleshooting of central venous access devices.
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service Values.

- Follow defined service quality standards,
work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces and manage all information in accordance with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
Salary rates: $44.06 - $56.51 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 5) (fixed term temporary part-time position available for up to 12 months, hours negotiable).
