Reporting to the Count Team Supervisor the Count Team Cashier is accountable for providing efficient and effective collecting, counting and recording of gaming and non-gaming revenue and superior internal and external customer service.

Please note this is a part time role - We can offer a minimum of 24 hours per week and a maximum of 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- A strong focus on customer service ensuring Crown’s service values and a seamless customer experience is consistently delivered.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

- Collect, count and record gaming and non-gaming revenue.





- Ensure all revenue handling processes are completed with a high level of precision and integrity

- To learn and understand the Count Room SOPs, procedures, processes and equipment functionality

About you

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

- Demonstrated customer service experience.

- Proven reliability and accountability when handling cash and sensitive information

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
