Manage your own portfolio of complex claims across Directors & Officers (D&O;), Qualified Indemnity (PI), Management Liability (ML), and Cyber for national and international insurer clients.

Working in a small experienced team who are growing, you will play a key role in evaluating coverage, manage litigation, and deliver fair, timely outcomes for clients.

You will also:

- Manage end-to-end claims for Financial Lines products
- Interpret policy coverage and provide clear, well-reasoned liability assessments
- Instruct and liaise with external legal counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and control claim costs, reserves, and timelines




- Maintain accurate and compliant claims documentation

To succeed in the role, you will have:

- Recent Financial Lines claims experience from an insurer or TPA. (D&O; specific experience highly regarded)
- Degree qualification
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and complex matters independently
- A commercial mind with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
