- RN/M1 | Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1 | $77,824.00 to $106,187.00 p.a.
- RN/M2C | Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 | $90,913.00 to $114,917.00 p.a.

As a Registered Midwife (MW1 or RN/MW1), you’ll work across the full scope of midwifery practice, providing supervision to students and other healthcare staff while maintaining strong relationships within the team and with external partners.

Requirements:

- Registered/eligible Registered Midwife with current practising certificate and relevant midwifery qualifications.

As a Clinical Midwife (MW2C or RN/MW2C), you’ll play a key leadership role, supporting and supervising less experienced staff, while working closely with senior team members to provide advanced midwifery care. You'll also have the opportunity to take on portfolio responsibilities as part of your career development.

Requirements:

- Registered Midwife with current practising certificate and at least 3 years’ post-registration experience.

Desirable Requirements:

- Clinical competence: Demonstrated midwifery expertise, including knowledge of the Midwifery Caseload Model of Care.
- Leadership & teamwork:



Ability to lead and support students and less experienced midwives while working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Communication & care: Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a commitment to woman and family-centred care.
- Professional knowledge & improvement: Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, contemporary midwifery issues, SA Health, quality improvement and computer systems.
