Based on the Gold Coast, this retained Facilities Manager arrangement offers genuine ownership of 2 commercial assets across 4 hours per week. These are stable, professionally tenanted properties with established contractor relationships and CBRE's FM platform already in place, meaning you step into a well-run operation, not a standing start. Reporting into CBRE's Property Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for FM delivery, with CBRE's support network handling escalations so your focus stays where it should.

In a typical week, you will:

- Review work orders and check in with contractors on planned and reactive maintenance
- Oversee contractor performance against agreed schedules and standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, essential services, and statutory requirements
- Update asset registers, compliance documentation, and FM system records
- Liaise with tenants and the client as needed, with the occasional site visit
- Produce regular reporting across CBRE's FM systems

About You
You are an experienced FM professional who is comfortable working autonomously and managing a portfolio without constant direction. This suits someone who runs their own schedule, values quality of engagement over volume of hours, and brings enough experience to know what good looks like without being told.

- Demonstrated FM experience across commercial or mixed-use property
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and essential services requirements
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors to explicit performance standards
- Strong communication skills with confidence managing tenant and client relationships
