About the opportunity:

We are currently seeking 2 Merchandising Assistants to join a leading global medical technology company on an ongoing casual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in retail merchandising, pharmacy & customer service who enjoys working independently, visiting different locations and building strong relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for visiting pharmacies across Melbourne's Western and Eastern suburbs, ensuring merchandising standards are maintained and point-of-sale materials are correctly installed.

You will need to living centrally close to either East or West Melbourne.

The role offers flexibility of hours, with a 9:00am start and up to 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install point-of-sale materials and ensure new layouts are implemented correctly
- Visit pharmacies across Melbourne's Western and Eastern suburbs
- Check store compliance against required merchandising standards
- Ensure planograms and category layouts are implemented accurately
- Complete merchandising and compliance activities within required timeframes
- Build positive relationships with pharmacy staff and clients
- Accurately complete required data entry and reporting
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in retail merchandising, pharmacy, customer service background
- Familiar with planograms, category layouts and merchandising compliance
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Professional, polite and friendly - this is a client-facing position
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail




- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Confident using computers and operational systems
- Accurate with data entry and administration
- Positive, reliable and willing to contribute to team goals
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Essential Requirements:

- Must have your own reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling between pharmacy locations
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel throughout Melbourne's Western and Eastern suburbs
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Own mobile phone required
- iPad/tablet will be provided
- KM/travel expenses and approved parking costs will be reimbursed
