The Opportunity

As a Qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging educational programs
- Creating safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
- Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contributing to children’s learning and development documentation
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team




- Ensuring a strong focus on child safety and supervision
- Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

What We’re Looking For We’re keen to speak with passionate Early Childhood professionals who hold either:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

You’ll also bring:

- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and positive approach
- An understanding of children’s learning and development
- A commitment to creating safe, engaging and inclusive environments

A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certification will be required, or candidates must be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
