About the role

This is a hands-on retail position involving front counter service, shop floor sales, customer emails and phone enquiries. You will be serving customers, processing sales and orders, and helping customers choose the right products from our range of workwear, footwear, uniforms, stationery and promotional products.

Key responsibilities

- Serving customers at the front counter
- Processing customer sales and orders
- Assisting customers on the shop floor
- Helping customers select suitable products
- Responding to customer emails and online enquiries
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assisting with workwear, footwear, uniforms, stationery and promotional product enquiries
- Assisting customers with custom clothing, embroidery and printing enquiries
- Receiving and organizing stock
- Restocking shelves and displays

About you

- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers




- Enjoys retail sales and helping people
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones
- Confident using computers
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Willing to learn our product range
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred
