Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join our Adelaide team and support works across South Australia.

About the role:

Reporting to the Instrumentation Manager, you will be responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for clients across Adelaide and regional South Australia. This role involves a mix of service, maintenance, fault‑finding and installation work across a broad range of industrial environments.

This position suits a technically capable technician who takes pride in quality work, values safe systems of work, and enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of process and instrumentation equipment

- Preventative maintenance, calibration and verification of instrumentation and final control devices

- Non‑routine troubleshooting and breakdown response for process instrumentation and control systems

- Interpretation of technical documentation, drawings, and procedures

- Completion of service reports, calibration records and required documentation

- Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and industry best practice





- Professional engagement with clients and internal stakeholders on site

What You'll Bring:

- Demonstrated experience as an Instrumentation Technician in an industrial or service environment

- Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude with maintenance and fault‑finding experience

- Experience within energy, mining, or process industries (highly regarded)

- PLC/HMI fault‑finding capability and hazardous area experience (desirable)

- Strong communication skills with a practical, solution‑focused approach

- A positive attitude with flexibility to support business growth and operational change

Licences, Qualifications & Requirements:

- Current unrestricted SA Electrical Licence

- Certificate III and/or IV in Instrumentation and Control

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrical)

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Australian permanent residency or citizenship

- Medical Clearance (or ability to obtain)

- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and background checks

- Must be willing to undergo National Police Checks prior to commencement and during employment
