Ashford Hospital are seeking to recruit casual Administration Officers to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. If you are organised with high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

- Answer and re-direct calls on a switchboard whilst maintaining a positive and qualified manner
- Prepare admission paperwork
- Admit and discharge patients
- Maintain accurate and effective record management including preparation of medical records
- Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff
- Complete other clerical tasks as required
- Travel to ACHA sites as required
