As a Running Tours Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients and servicing them, from the moment they enquire, during the booking process, and when they return home from their trip. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously will be key to success in this role. You will work closely with internal team members and clients to ensure seamless event operations from start to finish. Your passion for running events, customer service, and the ability to think on your feet will make a significant impact on our company's success.

[Responsibilities]:
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, fitness levels, and specific requirements, providing personalised recommendations and guidance on suitable tour options.
• Booking & Registration Assistance: Assist clients with their preferred tour package, marathon event registrations, and ensuring all their questions are answered during the booking process.
• Destination Research: Stay updated on marathon events, courses, and relevant travel information for different destinations, including local attractions and cultural highlights, to provide valuable insights to clients.
• On-site Support: Provide on-site support for National and International events (requires overseas travel)



and guidance during the tour, ensuring participants have a smooth and enjoyable experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Post-tour Evaluation: Gather feedback from participants after the tour to evaluate their overall experience, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate their suggestions into future tour offerings.

[Requirements]:
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Experience in group travel preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities via email, phone, and face to face
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Live a fit and healthy lifestyle with a passion for outdoor adventure
• Proficiency in Microsoft software including MS Word and MS Excel
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Work from Home opportunity
• Must be located within 1 hour's drive of an International Airport
