Disability Support Workers | Adelaide North & West | Female Preferred – All Applicants Welcome

EasAbility Care is growing, and we are seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers for priority opportunities across Adelaide’s Northern and Western suburbs.
We currently have particular demand for active overnight and passive overnight shifts. Female support workers are preferred for some participant-matched roles based on individual participant preferences and support requirements; however, suitable applicants of all genders are warmly encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity
You will support participants across SIL homes and community settings, providing individualised support that promotes independence, dignity, confidence and quality of life.
We currently have particular demand for:
• Adelaide North
• Adelaide West
• Active overnight shifts
• Passive overnight shifts
• Female support workers for selected participant-matched roles
Day, evening and weekend shifts may also be available.
Your Role May Include
• Personal care and daily living support
• Active and passive overnight support
• Community access and social participation
• Supporting appointments and activities
• Meal preparation and household assistance
• Supporting routines, independence and personal goals
• Medication assistance where appropriately trained and authorised
• Working within participant support plans
• Providing safe,
respectful and person-centred support
What We're Looking For
• Experience in disability, community, aged care, mental health or support work
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services preferred
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, reliability and good documentation skills
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care
Highly Desirable
• Female support workers for participant-specific matching requirements
• Availability for active and/or passive overnight shifts
• Ability to work across Adelaide North and/or Adelaide West
• Experience with autism, psychosocial disability or complex support needs
• Mental health or behavioural support experience
• Manual handling and medication training
