Updating client records accurately using modern internal database platforms .



Escalating complex queries to specialist teams while keeping clients informed . Collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily service delivery goals .

What We're Looking For

Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in phone-based customer service, call centers, or administrative support . Tech-Savvy: Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly . Excellent Communicator: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills .

Clearance Ready: Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (sponsored upon start) .
