About the role

You will own the outbound pipeline end to end, working to a defined weekly rhythm. This role exists to open conversations with psychologists and practices (as well as psychologists and injury management consultants) who would genuinely benefit from using Virtuosa AI, and book them into a walkthrough.

This position is about developing relationships, and educating people on how the product could benefit them.

Key responsibilities

- Research and build a weekly batch of around 30 qualified contacts in a defined segment, loaded into CRM with accurate details

- Send personalised first-touch emails that reference each psychologist's actual work

- Run a disciplined follow-up sequence across email and phone, including a soft, conversational call within the first week of contact

- Contact every conference and event lead within 48 hours, while the conversation is warm

- Book walkthroughs and hand the relationship to the clinical team within 24 hours, with clean notes in CRM

- Log every touch daily, keep CRM accurate, and send a short daily summary of contacts loaded, first touches sent, conversations had, and walkthroughs booked

About you

- Genuinely comfortable on the phone with professionals, including being politely declined

- Write naturally and warmly, and can personalise at pace without sounding templated

- Self-disciplined: sequences run on schedule because you run them

- Can speak credibly about Virtuosa AI, potentially to an audience who may be new to using AI.

- Experience talking with psychologists, psychiatrists,



GPs or allied health professionals is a significant advantage

- Keep a CRM accurate as you go

- Share the view that good outreach is useful, honest and kind

- Background in health-tech sales development, practice management, allied health, pharmaceutical or medical device rep work, recruitment, or similar role where you spent your days talking with clinicians
