About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core level or above to join our team in Goulburn.

This role offers a genuine mix of clinic and community-based Behaviour Support, giving you the chance to work with participants in our local

Goulburn clinic as well as within their homes and community environments.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your day and build strong relationships with participants, families and local support networks, while still having access to the clinical support, supervision and resources of our broader multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support across a varied caseloadConduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support PlansSupport participants, families, carers and other stakeholders to implement meaningful strategiesWork across a mix of our Goulburn clinic and community settingsBuild strong relationships with local participants and support networksCollaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and other allied health disciplinesManage your own schedule with flexibility and autonomyParticipate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional developmentContribute your experience and clinical knowledge within a collaborative Behaviour Support team

Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability at Core level or aboveExperience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS or a related settingStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsConfidence completing functional behaviour assessments and Behaviour Support PlansA person-centred and evidence-informed approachAbility to work autonomously while collaborating with a broader clinical teamDriver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based workNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtainFull working rights in Australia
