We are currently seeking an exceptional Village Garden and Maintenance Team Member to join our team at the Lake Joondalup Lifestyle Village in Ashby, as a Leading Hand. We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and to required standards

- Coordinate and supporting the smooth delivery of daily landscaping, gardening and maintenance tasks.

- Knowledge of pool water testing and routine pool maintenance, including chemical balancing and general upkeep of pool facilities

- Previous experience, skills and knowledge in grounds, garden and facilities maintenance (desirable)

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Friendly, respectful and clear communication with homeowners, team members and managers

- A highly motivated self-starter who works effectively and collaboratively with other team members and management





- Previous maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded

- Reliable and punctual, ready to show up consistently for your fellow teammates

- Ability to complete tasks effectively, efficiently and have the initiative to proactively identify maintenance needs

- Report risks and hazards in the workplace to ensure a safe environment and culture

Essential Role Requirements:

- Current driver's licence

- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment
