About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base across the South of the River territory. You will represent the Ideal Sales brand and product range while building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying current business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Promote the Ideal Sales brand and product range.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

- Cold call and actively grow sales across your customer base.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Provide outstanding customer service and support.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

- Build strong relationships with independent supermarkets and retail customers.

- Work closely with the WA sales team and management to achieve overall business goals.

- Manage your territory effectively and maintain regular customer contact.

- Regular regional travel required

About you





- Previous experience in direct sales to independent supermarkets.

- Experience within the wholesale or FMCG industry.

- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Strong cold-calling and new-business development skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- The ability to negotiate and confidently present products to customers.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

- A proactive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

- A current driver's licence.
