As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Surveyor to join our experienced team and play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying solutions.

About the role

Reporting to the Principal, you'll take ownership of the survey function on site—leading day-to-day delivery, managing survey control, and ensuring accurate, reliable data underpins safe and efficient construction. You'll be the senior technical point of contact on the ground, working closely with clients, engineers, and project teams, and mentoring junior and graduate surveyors as the team grows. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced construction surveyor ready to own the survey function on major WA projects.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and conduct engineering, construction, and cadastral surveys for a variety of projects.

- Oversee set out, monitoring,



and as-built surveys for infrastructure and development projects.

- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and client specifications.

- Use advanced surveying technology, including GPS, Total Stations, LiDAR, and UAVs.

- Prepare and review survey reports, drawings, and documentation.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior surveyors.

- Work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver accurate, timely results.

About you

- Degree or Diploma in Surveying or relevant qualifications.

- Licensed Surveyor (WA) (or eligibility for registration) – highly desirable.

- Strong experience in engineering, construction, or cadastral surveying.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d Model & Field, and other industry software.

- Experience with GNSS, GIS, laser scanning, and UAV technologies.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

- WA driver’s license (essential).
