About the role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities. Supported by a small team, this role merges managing both high-volume recruitment and sourcing for niche roles.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading the organisation's recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of business functions.

- Partnering with leaders to understand workforce requirements and future talent needs.

- Developing proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

- Providing expert advice on recruitment best practice, market trends and candidate attraction.

- Managing external recruitment partners and service providers.

- Monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics, workforce trends and talent acquisition performance.

- Driving employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, policies and procedures.





- Leading and mentoring recruitment team members where applicable.

About you

- Demonstrated experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Recruitment Business Partner, or similar role.

- Proven ability to manage high-volume and specialist recruitment campaigns.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Experience developing workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
