Level 2 - $53,138.87 - $90,851.83 (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) Pro Rata

Shift requirements: Monday and Wednesday 08:00am to 6pm

The Role

Join the Town of Port Hedland as a part- time Customer Service Officer at the JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub and become the welcoming face of one of our community's most vibrant facilities.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to enquiries in person, over the phone and online, process payments and bookings, and ensure customers receive accurate information about our programs, services and facilities. Working closely with internal teams and community members, you will coordinate facility bookings, manage venue hire administration, maintain customer records, raise service requests and assist with reporting and administrative functions.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical,



including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

- WA Working with Children Card (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
