About the Role

You’ll operate a variety of heavy earthmoving machinery across rehabilitation and civil projects throughout WA.
We’re looking for reliable, motivated operators who take pride in their work and maintain a strong safety focus.

Skills & Experience Required

- MC or HC driver’s licence – essential

- 3–5 years’ operating experience across equipment such as:





- Excavators

- Graders

- Dozers

- Loaders

- Rollers

- Water carts

- Previous experience in mining, civil, or road construction environments

- Valid mobile plant operating tickets

- Proven experience in heavy haulage to remote areas

- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S;) procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills and positive attitude

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the past 12 months)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening

- Valid White Card (or equivalent)

- Must reside in Western Australia
